After having a baby through emergency C-section, and experiencing tough recovery, I decided that I had to focus my pelvic health practice for moms. There is just so little help after having baby and we are left on our own to find resources and help. Even though I had medical background, it was hard for me to stay positive and not get overwhelmed with the whole experience. So I started doing free educational workshops for moms and pregnant women about pelvic health and finding the right resources.
